"Classic Story Retold!"

Let me just tell you, while this book is a sort of continuation on The Little Mermaid story, this is most definitely NOT the Rated-G, Disney classic you're probably thinking of. Instead of music and talking crabs we get sirens who hunt humans and a girl torn between her love for her two best friends and wanting to save the lives of those they kill. Plus, there's enough heat and spiciness to make even Ursula blush, and that's just in the first chapter. So really, what's not to love?

I breezed through this story and seriously enjoyed this dark spin on a classic fairytale. Looking forward to reading even more from this author!
